About Us

The apartment is owned by the Hoyle family.  It is mainly used by us as a holiday home.  As such, it is very well equipped and has all the basics you need when away from home.  We leave a supply of non-perishable essentials in the kitchen such as olive oil, salt and pepper, spices, tea and coffee, washing-up liquid etc. which guests are welcome to use.  Because we use it regularly ourselves the cupboards won’t be bare as they are in many holiday rentals.

Most of our neighbours are permanent residents and not on holiday, so we request that our guests are respectful and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 23.00 – 8.00, especially on the roof terrace. So, no parties please.
