The apartment
Air-conditioned 3 bedroom duplex apartment in Sitges centre. The apartment is light and airy with two terraces. The spacious roof terrace has a built-in barbecue and a dining table seating at least 6. The property has central heating, air conditioning, fibre optic wifi & smart TV, and a parking space for one medium-sized car in a garage below the building.
Inside the apartment
The apartment is bright and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen on the left of the entrance. There is an open plan living/dining room with sliding windows opening onto a sunny terrace with table and seating for 4.
From the entrance hall, there are stairs leading up to a large private roof terrace equipped with dining furniture, and a brick barbeque. The roof terrace provides a lovely cool place to enjoy an evening meal in the heat of the summer with views over the rooftops of Sitges towards the sea.
From the living room, stairs lead down to the 3 bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms each with a king size double bed (one with en-suite bathroom), a second bathroom and a third bedroom with bunk beds (best suited for children though they are full-sized single beds). The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. All bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning. See the Gallery for photos of each room.
Location
The apartment is located in the centre of Sitges, 5 minutes walk from the main beaches, and 5 minutes walk from Cap de la Vila, which marks the centre of the town. There are 2 supermarkets nearby, the closest just 2 minutes away. The local market is adjacent to the railway station, again just 5 minute's walk away. There are many bars and restaurants within close walking distance.
The railway station connects Sitges to Barcelona with trains leaving every 15 minutes. The journey takes 40 minutes to Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia.
From Barcelona airport, we recommend taking the bus, which leaves from Terminal 1 every 30 minutes in high season. The journey takes around 25 minutes. There is a free shuttle bus service connecting Terminal 2 with Terminal 1. The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop at Can Robert in Sitges.
Alternatively, take the train from Terminal 2 and change at El Prat de Llobregat (the first stop after the airport). The apartment is 10 minutes walk from Sitges railways station.
